• • Usage beyond the defined plan limits will require an upgrade or additional purchase. Unused plans do not carry over to future cycles.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• • Business plans generated by users are their intellectual property. We do not claim ownership over your content.

5. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account that violates our terms, engages in illegal activities, abuses the AI system, or exploits vulnerabilities in the service.

• • PlanInsta provides AI-generated business plans. These should not be interpreted as financial, legal, or business advice. Users must validate all content before using it in formal submissions.
• • We are not liable for any business losses, inaccuracies, or negative outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
